Plus, they mentioned they’d need to test the speakers before sending a replacement, which means I’m footing the bill for their error. I’d recommend shopping elsewhere!

I received fantastic support from Erik and Pete. I was in a pinch for a cartridge for my turntable because of lockdown phase 2. (I just can't live without my tunes!) Erik and Pete deliver top-notch service. I bought a Klipsch R-120 subwoofer to enhance my RF7-ii setup. The sound quality and overall presence are amazing. They even assisted me in searching for a hard-to-find Pioneer component, but COVID has thrown a wrench in the supply chain.
